I'm sure a man named Jesus existed, but the 3 days part is from the sun. It are combined stories and ancient urban legends.
Another example. A man walked on frozen water, the other primitive peole never even thought to do that because they didn't understand it. They spread the tales someone 'walked on water', because if you dont know what ice is you call it that. That's where this bible story came from.
Compare it to a group of dogs where 1 dog dares to walk on ice where the others are scared to do so. People in those times were almost as primitive as dogs, i don't think you realise how backwards these people were compared to these modern times. You can't even compare it. And it these ultra primitive times they wrote up your favorite bundle of urban legends, the bible.
