DMCA means nothing to anyone not in the United States and even then it should be ignored by everyone involved in the porn industry. The only law that any american pornographer should worry about is the 18 U.S.C.

But the spooks have never made any attempt to enforce 18 U.S.C. he Justice Department never actually inspected anyone. It was only when Gonzales was the attorney general that any attempt was ever made.... And what a fucking pathetic attempt it was.

Some retired FBI spook from the 1970s showed up looking for the paper work to 3 videos. The same spook that was looking for an excuse to shoot a pornographer in the 1970s showed up with a Starbucks and was super polite and helpful. Even leaving his business card.

So therefore I will call it as I see it....
The reason the tubes get away with what they do is because government spooks are helping them.
