- Creates lasting first impressions through exceptional cultivating and communication skills
- Participates in trade shows, conventions and promotional events
- Identifies prospective customers and establishes revenue goals for existing key accounts and key prospects within their specific market segment
- Listens effectively to customers and discovers their needs
- Presents creative ideas and solutions to set the stage for success and repeat business
- Develops new business and expanding existing business
- Negotiates pricing at and above established parameters
- Surpasses all sales activities and established goals
- Ensures delivery of promised services through excellent communication and teamwork with all supporting departments
- Utilizes systems, records and competitive intelligence to potential
- Participates in sites, familiarization trips, and industry trade shows and prescribed training/ special projects/effective business trips as necessary and required
- Attends and participates in weekly sales meetings and daily sales review meetings
