Im sure he is Narcoleptic, but his battle with Drugs is by no means a secret. And TMZ doesn't get ratings saying "Ron Jeremy suffers from Narcolepsy" It comes from"Ron Jeremy passes out Again..Friends say his drug use is out of control!!!!"
