It's obviously too much for the elder statesmen/figurehead/icon/legend of the industry to get his health and weight under control and try to look presentable but certainly he can buy a couple pair of black sweatpants to rotate through on a weekly basis. But I guess that would lead to getting haircuts and non-dingy t-shirts. too much to handle.
