I don't promote sites with pre-checked cross sales. Simple as that.
You also don't walk into a store picking up a basket and it is half full of groceries you have to remove if you don't want them.
If the offer is really great, the customer will tick the box himself.
Pre-checked stuff is just for those who hope for people missing the text and thereby abuse the situation.
Then again I never went for PPS. If you have this little trust in the surfer likes what he buys and rebill, why the fuck do you support these shitty sites?

Well I'm in it for the long run and always went for revenue and sites that cared about retaining their members.
