I didn't read all the replys but I agree with TheSquealer.
Fucking quit complaining. You are being paid to do a job. Aww your back hurts quit. Don't wanna quit then do your job.
There are many that would jump to do your minimum wage job.
Breaks should be at discretion. You pull your weight you get a break, you bunk off and try to get by doing as little as possible work through their break.
I suspect you are the latter.
