Something to take note of, if Ukraine captures any Russian soldiers they can legally treat and convict them as terrorists and do not have have to follow the Geneva convention laws pertaining g to captured soldiers. The Russians are not wearing identifiable uniforms and as such they forfeit their rights to be treated as solders.

Laws on terrorism are pretty strict these days and any Russian soldiers caught will be pretty fucked if Ukraine chooses to play that card. This is what Ukraine has every right to legally call them terrorists.
