Though, its considered as a new clash between the two powers, but however, its not as dangerous as the Cuban missile crisis that took place in 1962. I believe there would some bargaining over Syria and Ukraine between US and Russia. Russia will step down from backing Asad's Regime and in return the United States will recognize Crimea as a part of Russian federation.
