In this case, women are very likely to search for a socially acceptable answer, rather than offer what they feel is the actual answer. Even then, what is going on unconsciously and what your true preferences are and why are almost completely unknown to you... as you have no conscious access to unconscious decision making processes which precede conscious awareness.
