Again: My problem was with JT's responses and how he dealt/deals with issues like this. First he deletes his account on GFY then he comes back to GFY just to be contentious. I AGREE with many of JT's points, and if it were me I would share his feelings. But there is a professional, politically-correct way to handle such situations. I mean, this is PR 101 people, c'mon now. LOL The #1 problem when people try to manage damage control is they OVER manage it and make it worse. That's all JT was doing with his comments and they were more than preventable.
