As has been said to you more than once before, if the negatives of Zombaio's often erratic payouts outweigh the positives of their rates and no annual visa and mastercard fees then switch your processing to somebody else. It is hardly rocket science is it?
When you bang your head against a wall and find that it hurts, continuing to do it over and over again indicates that you are either stupid or that you like the pain that comes from it.
Epoch are a good choice as a replacement. They don't hold a 5% cash reserve, which from a cashflow point of view helps offset their higher rates and they pay weekly on time every time. They also offer a lot more payment options for customers than Zombaio do.
Zombaio is not for everybody. They are clearly not for you so do something about it..... and stop using them.
