Additionally, we did two things:
1. ccbill ref link the joymii banner at the bottom to make sure the affiiliate receives the joymii sale
2. some links are ccbill ref'd for appearances to satisfy the concerns you guys are expressing in this thread. No matter how many times we individually spoke to affiliates about it, confirmed it with our ccbill ref and THEIR ccbill ref, asked them to open up their browser's cookie and SEE the ccbill id, some affiliates simply wouldn't believe it. I can understand some people are old school, but this would be over a decade-old-school.
