Was it because you're a shitty customer service rep or because they are on the way out?
They didn't seem to have the same sweet wishes towards you when I talked to them.
Don't get me wrong, you might be a nice guy but you were a prick every time I dealt with you. Nothing but bullshit or "I dont know are we done here" type shit.
Apparently this has been a pattern with you. So, I wasn't surprised but you probably should stay away from customer service.
