In a nutshell, the late payout issues began when they began putting RedPass together.
It would seem they used their clients' (our) money in order to fund the Redpass project.
The likely idea was, the money they "borrowed" from their clients (us) in order to fund RedPass would be recovered from the rolling reserve and other RedPass charges/fees.
The problem is, the funds were never recovered, and they quite simply do not appear to have enough money to pay people on time. So what they seem to be doing is making sure their bigger clients get paid first, then medium clients, followed by small clients and those of us who have since stopped sending them new sales.
And in order to cover this farce up, they changed the settlement dates in the ZOA payout dashboard numerous times in order to make it appear as though everything is working as intended with the apparent hope that no one would catch on.
