He used that 'just a rep' last time. Now he is using the same 'just a rep' excuse. No offense to all of you Michael O supporters. I am pretty sure he learned a lot with ePass and to still play the i dont know anything I just do what I am told routine sounds a little ridiculous. For someone who is supposedly a good customer rep. He cant possibly be that dumb. If you boss told a customer they are going to get paid for something, and they dont. You are going to keep telling them what the boss says day in, day out? Because your boss said so. Even though you know he is lying. This isnt his first rodeo. If people in here can see what is going on, and they dont even work for the company. How can he be so blind.
