He used that 'just a rep' last time. Now he is using the same 'just a rep' excuse. No offense to all of you Michael O supporters. I am pretty sure he learned a lot with ePass and to still play the i dont know anything I just do what I am told routine sounds a little ridiculous. For someone who is supposedly a good customer rep. He cant possibly be that dumb. If you boss told a customer they are going to get paid for something, and they dont. You are going to keep telling them what the boss says day in, day out?
