I haven't ruled out conspiracy. conspiracy in general is a series of events that conspire together...... COuld even be a planned conspiracy, we all know conspiracies have happened and do. But why make it so obviously obvious? If you need a plane, take a plane, there are 1000s on airfields, empty and ready. there are others in the air that aren't filled with 300 people with gps loaded smartphones. struggling with that part.
