They should implement procedures like toronto has in place. The police already know who most of the major criminals are. When one of their cronies pulls a gun in public and shoots it off. Every single person connected to them in an illegal way is arrested in under 24 hours.

It won't stop the crazies. However it will force the gangs to stop airing their business in public.

Why? Because suddenly johnny untoucheable is picked up...anything in his home is used against him. Him and several hundred other gang members connected are now all facing charged for anything they are caught with.

So when Gang member A pulls a gun and uses it in public for any reason....he will now know that all his other Gang members have less than 24 hours to serve him up on a platter or they are all going down.

The have done this twice and now it is very much kept secret and out of the public eye.
