They are at least 4 weeks behind with us and no answers, just excuses.
We asked to get all rebill data so we can import it to another biller.
Support Jesper (whom I believe knows way more than he lets on) says "Open a ticket" and tech will handle it. No phone number or name for anyone in Tech, or accounting for that matter.
It's a fly-by-night operation, and it's finally catching up.
Get out while you can.
