Any site that disallows crawlies and indexing bots could be its own Darkonet or whatever with a ton of add on domains that the general public would be blissfully ignorant of. If you don't have the addresses, you don't get in. And it could be password protected to prevent stumble ins. So ............. basically anyone can play God creating pocket cyberspaces.
