Always possible but established sites often have a lot going on and that means more possible points of failure. Problems like the OP has could be cache issues, load balance or sync related, bad code, something bizarre no one has seen before...any number of things. What got the OP worked up enough to post here was finger pointing without solutions. Since we haven't had an opportunity to be involved in the troublshooting yet it's premature to jump to any conclusions. It may be no one's fault but just something that needs a clear explanation in order to be fixed by the appropriate party whether it's us, Mojo or the OP's tech guy.

It may take some time but we'll get it sorted out and although I'm sorry it took a frustrated, negative forum post to happen I'm hopeful that we will get Dave's issues resolved so he can continue to rock and roll.
