Just my personal opinion: I think all functional coins will see a significant rise in value this year. Functional means: Competent DEV and coder who are able to solve problems and a supportive community. Sexcoin has both and they are working on interesting stuff:

Dogecoin is the best example for the importance of the community. Technically it is just another clone, stuff like that makes the difference:

Technical bells and bells and whistles are important for the evolution of crypto coins but not for the success of a coin. Florin was the first coin with transaction messages. Still, most coiners never heard of him. Lycancoin is just another scrypt clone but is surprising successful.
