I purchased a Ram Air Trans Am brand new in 1996 with every option including the WS-6 package with the 5.7 liter engine and 17" wheels from the Corvette, functional hood scoop and upgraded suspension, T-tops and everything else except leather seats and that was only $28,500. Even with almost twenty years of inflation, $75k is rich.
