His real name is Bucur Alexandru owner of XSEO LLC
He finally give me access to the affiliate ( in hope to have the 2nd part of payement ), but the site was making $60 per month instead of $500 claimed ( with forged screenshot as proof of payement )
He recover the domain and the affiliate in minutes after I say that I will not give 700 more as 700 was already too much for a 60 buck site.
Just hope that payoneer will do my chargeback and that this post save few people from this ***hole.
