Fox News Channel did NOT go to court. And the whole court case had nothing to do with FNC being able to lie. It was 2 employees who were suing over being fired.
Fake Liberal, hate-filled media groups re-wrote that story and you Democrat sheep have repeated it like robots without even using google to find out the real story.
You should be ashamed of yourselves and you should also start THINKING for yourselves.
It took me about 15 seconds to google that story up and find out what the actual court case was about and the decision that was made. NOT some media person's "opinion" on it that you guys are spouting as "truth"
This is a prime example of what is wrong with America.
Instead of standing up and demanding that your govt. SERVE the people...you are too busy telling half-truths and lies and making up excuses that only attack other people.
Other civilian people are not the problem here guys...the size and scope and overreach of the govt. is the problem. And they are laughing at your inability to even SEE it...much less stop it.

Actually Robbie you didn't read much about the case if that's what you think. Fox was let off the hook biased on the fact that they argued she was not a whistle blower and therefore was not protected by the FCC or federal laws.
The fact that Fox pressured her not to air the story and that they tried to force her to say what they wanted here to say is not what wasn't proven wrong in the court of law. The case was decided on if she was or wasn't a whistle blower then thrown out of court.
Kinda like OJ didn't murder anyone because the blood soaked glove didn't fit.
Also I like how once again you tell everyone else how biased they are while of course excluding yourself. Everyone else is always the problem but you are never to blame. Thank's Obama..
