I'm curious as to how emerging countries and markets like Columbia are going to handle keeping porn controlled by self enterprisers and out of the hands of organized crime or government agencies.
Given that all the other facets of vice are basically controlled by crime syndicates and its pretty apparent that the police have a limited reach into those systems..
It seems to me that it would be an extremely risky venture to invest capital into growing an adult business down there (ie...cam studios..etc), do well, try to stay under the radar.....and not get too big before some gang or cartel decides that they want to take you over and own it.....because nothing gets them more excited than sources of money...and especially outside foreign money...
and yes...this is a serious question. I guess it would be like me thinking about opening up a casino in Las Vegas if they mob still controlled it...and expecting that they wouldn't have an influence or control in it....
