Hey MrDeiz, I have a strong belief that you are lying.
First of all ? payment method was set just once, it was done by account owner and it has never been changed since then. Seems like you've put some random character there to quickly finish that registration step. That's fine, we see it quite often.
Secondary ? nobody asked for your photo or either a photo of your ID. It's a complete bullshit. What you've been asked for is to provide your Full name, Address and some other details exactly as it's written in your account. So basically you had to login and copy-paste some details for us, so we can make sure that we are talking to the account owner.
Now I want you to read again your conversation with our support and clean this shit up.
