I've mailed both [email protected] and [email protected] i've found in contact details and got email requesting id+head for 3 times after i repeatedly asked to get the issue fixed.
i realize i was wrong on that and making public apology in meanwhile and removing all the statements on issue where it's possible. while i think your support wasn't doing his job at his best, i take all the blame on myself.
