As I mentioned to AdPatron, depends on traffic source. For skimmed traffic I pay about 3-4 dollars per 1000 clicks. For higher quality plug traffic I pay $10 per 1000 clicks. I'm familiar with the usual suspects: TrafficShop, TrafficHolder, PlugRush, JuicyAds, Exoclick, trafficjunky, AdXpansion, trafficmasters, etc...
