She already admitted it awhile ago ... this is all just classic marketing for her album sales. Every time she does some crazy shit like humping a plastic dildo on stage she gets a ton of free press talking about her tour and her new album.
Say what you will but it's a proven technique that works. It's what made Lady Gaga. You can't buy that kind of media attention and it's skyrocketed her sales.
