look at tubeguild.com , its the old tgpa program that switched to tubes when galleries went bust. I had an account at tgpa and automatically got into tubeguild when they formed. Not sure how easy it is to get an account but if you can get one then you get links to your videos and they have a network of tube sites. I think there rules are 5 min minimum and a certain percentage of the time their links show instead of yours. Worth a try
