No that's not true. Every politician needs and wants as many votes as they can get. If you don't need someone's vote, don't you think your competitor will try to grab them?

Not true. The more information you know, the better your decisions on managing your business, or in this case, delivering your message to potential voters will be. Differences in race means differences in cultures. Addressing cultural concerns is extremely important. This is one area where the GOP fails constantly. They delivery a message alright, but its always the wrong one.

It's not that they don't have an ID, its that they don't have a "VOTER ID". In many places, especially where minorities live, the GOP has made it harder and harder to get a Voter ID, and harder and harder to vote. This is the problem.
