I have been in many states. All states have this. Do you travel by car? Next time see signs when you stop in Kwik Mark gas station or similar. Even my food store has this sign - not a shit hole, nice small town(CT). But I have seen it in FL, GA, RI, SC, NY. I believe some businesses use this signs evening/nights only.
