Actually that's not just a DMCA issue. Using a model's image to promote prostitution is a violation of Cal Civ Code sec 3344 (right to publicity in other states), a civil lawsuit for false light and quite possibly a 2257 criminal violation as well as a claim for unfair business practices as it relates to 2257 & record keeping of the actual copyright holder of the image.
If you're going to play in this sandbox you should at least know what the consequences are for doing it wrong.
