So correct me if Im wrong, but when someone is reselling stolen work is a more serious offense, and the producer can get some money from it....

as opposed to finding your content on Tubes, in which case you can just be happy if it gets taken down and stays down for a few days.

Its a clear cut case, just need someone in the US to do it.
