This $30 Million private-equity round was Jerry Yang (Yahoo), Richard Branson (yes, THAT Richard Branson), and Index Ventures.
Do you think those guys didn't vet this company, it's value proposition, cap sheet, and that they haven't done complete due diligence? Even mentioning this as a money laundering play just makes me shake my head in disbelief.
