seems completely normal...5% of the worlds population holding 40% of the worlds prisoners...the graph just goes to show how easy it is for them to assimilate in to your culture and get a job...

most of them are refugees from a war, and came because the USA probably fucked shit up in their region over corporate politics...they have little job choices or education but the USA has a phoney drug war that creates a billion dollar drug market and this leaves them with little options but to push drugs or crime...

"bloody immigrants" is so easy to say...but you are breeding a whole sub culture of inmates and drug dealers...

its just time to pay for your corporate foreign policy plain and simple...not just the USA but all of europe...you will win the oil and resource wars but in the end, the influx of poor exploited 3rd world people will be too much for you...
