I totally don't understand why Netherlands are in this list. who hates them? former colonised people in Indonesia? ok, they're more then 200.000.000, but imho all other countries don't give a shit about them. Denmark? oh yeah.. that Muhammad cartoon scandal. that was almost 10 years ago, before that those flagburning assholes didn't have a clue about that Denmark even exists, and nowadays, they've already forgotten it. The other countries place is mostly deserved
