I just don't understand how you guys operate Jay.. if you wanted truly to be a trailblazer here, you would collect resumes and actively try to find employment for the applicants.
Surely you have contacts to many of these large companies?
Also, the resumes go to you or Eddie.. not the company hiring? Do these companies get the resumes?
