I'm no lawyer, but I'll bet $10 that this kind of post can be grounds for a lawsuit. I know of at least 2 companies who are active here on GFY, who sued someone for posting messages that contain wrong info which could potentially damage their businesses.
When a service you depend on for your business goes bad, bitching about it on a public forum is a complete waste of your time and everyone else's. Even worse, it can cause real damage to that service, and to others who may use that service, especially when it contains false, misleading or incomplete information.
A more constructive post would include an explanation of the problem, proof of inability to solve the problem in the amount of time you need it to be fixed, and then the steps you took to find an alternate solution. This constructive approach helps everyone.
In any business, you always want to have a backup. Backup hard drives for servers and workstations, backup power, and even backup people. Having a backup billing provider is easy to do too.
