"Dad"-- You still seem to be missing a basic point. For your use of unlicensed images and text to be legal, they need to be used in line with fair use laws for the press. This often means you need to be a registered press agency. It also means that you can only use them when you give appropriate credit, *and* when you are reviewing the image/etc. You have many images that are placed on the tour of your site with no commentary, news, or sourcing. That is copyright infringement.
