Think about how easy it is for the Big G to know what you're doing when you post on public boards and use their Gmail servers to discuss matters related to manipulating search results to your benefit.

Almost all attempts to improve your SERPs will be see as manipulation by Google. They will penalize you for that, and it may be called a thin content penalty or an unnatural link penalty or something else. But mostly it's a penalty for doing something that they said in their webmaster guidelines that you should not do.

Posting about buying and selling links in public, posting the urls of sites where you're doing this, or even talking about some of the SEO techniques you're using on a public board ... all of those are things you won't ever do again some day in the future.

In the meantime it's like you're using a sniper rifle to shoot yourself in the foot.

...and then asking how that hole in your foot got there.

P.S. Who thinks a link profile with 33K links from only 12 domains, with all of them gained within less than 2 months, and using mostly just the same 3 anchor texts would ever be seen as "natural looking" by today's algorithms?
