You'll end up buying garbage Indian/Chinese pop-unders/pop-ups or sneaky redirects - there is no GOOD source unless you buy clicked/non-blind traffic. Most of the garbage that people are peddling out there is shit. It's skimmed, blind or who knows what else. They would use it if they could monetize it. And you know what? They have tried. They tried really fucking hard and failed. Anybody with convertible traffic in this day and age holds it close to the vest.

They aren't selling it.
They may share it in the form of a banner ad or text link, but that's about it. Helps pay the bils and gives them a somewhat guaranteed return.
Your best bet is to buy DIRECT LINKS to your site/product from apps or sites that offer the spots.
Then again, who knows? Some people are just plain old dumb as shit.
