1st off; no posted information is going to be a criminal act unless its credit card info. Wo you gonna call? Washington PD? FBI? Never going to happen.
2nd; if you are going to try and sue somebody, you need to show finacial damages as a result of that posting. Can you show damages? Feelings hurt and Butt Hurt does not count! lol
Good luck with number 2. Attorny may take the case to start for 5k and it can go up to 20k with no promise of winning.(There is always an attorney ready to take your money!)
And what is winning? getting the info taken down? getting a finical judgment that you would never be able to collect?
