like any other fad workout that comes around I take what's good from it, skip what I think is dumb or dangerous, and turn it into something of my own.
bashing it completely right now is JUST as big a fad as the workouts themselves though. Everyone assuming that its a bunch of pregnant women in there or a bunch of non athletes doing it with horrible form. The workouts themselves came from olympic athlete training, gymnasts, wrestlers.. Pretty much the most complete athletes out there, but like anything else there are horrible teachers and horrible students and they stick out just as bad as the regular guys in the gym who have been doing it wrong for years so no difference from my perspective.
