The thing I don't like is that they try to occupy more than one piece of equipment at a time. And a general complaint about the gym...

If you're going to use the squat rack, then please do some motherfucking squats.!!!! The rack is for squatting...not forearm curls.

But I have enjoyed using one crossfit/powerlifting move in my workouts. Hang cleans.
