there's a crossfit dedicated gym 2+ blocks from my place, they think they own the sidewalk when their doing what I assume are intervals of running + resistance. The front of the place is a rollup door and they'll come blasting out of there at full clip and look irritated if you're walking there at the time.
I'm all for health and fitness but do health and fitness and don't be a born again christian about it.
