There was a guy on the squat rack next to me trying to fake out some reps with 2 plates....and his back was hunched over, and his heels were off the ground. It looked so bad I almost told him he's going to hurt himself with that form. But that's probably one the douchiest gym moves, so I kept my mouth shut.
Just watch some youtube vids before you go trying to squat.
My gym needs one of those number ticket machines at the squat racks. It's like in the last few years, everyone got the memo that squatting is good for you -- but it makes for some painful to watch sets at the rack.
