I believe Mutt is a bit of a creep, but he does it in away that he will never appear creepy.
It's good to know all angles which is probably why he's a good talent scout, of course I have no idea the extent of all his activities but according to several on here he is very good.
Creepin' is good, and can be flattering if done right...
